Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Loadout Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of merchandise for our customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers promptly and professionally, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from customers' vehicles, ensuring that all items are properly secured and accounted for.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels by inspecting merchandise, identifying any damage or issues, and reporting them to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Physical Demands: Stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods, lift and move merchandise up to 100 pounds, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
