Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Brigham-Gill Village CDJR. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Manage and direct phone calls
  • Process customer transactions and close work orders
  • Confirm customer appointments
  • Provide updates and follow up with customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an office or dealership environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Computer proficient and technology savvy
