We are currently looking for a committed Residential Home Assistant to contribute to our mission. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of living spaces, aiding residents in their daily routines, and offering necessary support.

COMPENSATION: $16.75- $18.75 per hour for the evening shift (3 pm-11:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness of resident living spaces, including common areas, kitchens, bedrooms, and restrooms.
  • Manage supply inventory in designated locations and assist with meal preparations.
  • Support residents with daily activities, including personal hygiene and participation in scheduled programs.
  • Safely transport residents to various locations, prioritizing their comfort and security.
  • Record resident activities and progress as instructed by the Unit Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to engage with residents and colleagues with empathy and respect.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Capacity to follow directives and work autonomously.
