Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on the Film Production and PR/Advertising tracks, gathering relevant information and data to inform the video content.
  • Analyze collected data to identify key highlights, trends, and unique aspects of each track that will be featured in the promotional videos.
  • Assist in the production process, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing the promotional videos.
  • Present research findings and video drafts to faculty and project team members for feedback and approval.
  • Work collaboratively with faculty members, project coordinators, and other student workers to ensure the project's success.
Requirements
  • Current enrollment as a student at Sam Houston State University.
  • Strong interest in film production, public relations, advertising, and/or mass communications.
  • Experience with video production tools and software is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
