Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Lead Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, while providing exceptional customer service and leading by example. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology through ongoing paid formal training and education.
  • Assist and train junior technicians in performing technical activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, with a minimum of 5 ASE certifications.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
