- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
Position Summary:
The Office Representative plays a crucial role in welcoming and registering patients, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records. This position also involves checking patients out, processing payments, and undertaking various related tasks as assigned. The role requires extended periods of sitting, manual dexterity, coordination of hand and eye, and normal hearing and vision capabilities. Occasionally, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
