We are seeking a highly skilled Application Systems Analyst to join our team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. As a key member of our Information Services department, you will play a critical role in driving innovative solutions to transform healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- System Maintenance: Support and maintain assigned services and systems to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
- Upgrade Planning: Collaborate with the team to monitor, analyze, and plan upgrades to ensure minimal disruption to our services.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor the production issue queue and resolve issues in a timely manner, adhering to our Customer Service Level Agreements.
- Project Execution: Execute project tasks as assigned, adhering to quality assurance standards and systems development methodologies.
- Technical Documentation: Contribute to the maintenance of application/technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in core discipline.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
