We are seeking a skilled Grill Master to join our culinary team at Redfire Grill & Steakhouse Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that delight our guests.
About the Role:
- Work closely with our Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and senior line cooks to execute menu items to perfection.
- Prepare a variety of proteins, including various cuts of beef, to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all stations are well-stocked and equipped for success.
- Provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent emotional self-awareness and ability to maintain a respectful presence under pressure.
- Curious intelligence and a willingness to continue learning and growing in the position.
- Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods, including grilling, baking, and boiling.
- Good sense of taste and smell, with the ability to identify and prepare high-quality ingredients.
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus, but not required.
