Grill Master

At Redfire Grill and Steakhouse, we're seeking a skilled Grill Master to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow and fulfill the duties given by the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, or senior line cooks
• Work with a variety of proteins, including various cuts of beef
• Keep stations clean and well stocked with the ingredients required to cook the dish that they are asked to prepare
• Provide exceptional hospitality to our guests

Requirements:

• Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
• Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position
• Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
• Good sense of taste and smell
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
