About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated In-Home Flooring Sales Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations that best fit their vision. With a flexible schedule, you will utilize our mobile showroom to meet with customers and drive results.

Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to understand and collaborate on their flooring projects. Personality: Be punctual and professional, with an influential personality to drive results. Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet and laptop, to provide quotes and track customer opportunities. Sell: Selling is critical - get the order; coordinate with our team to ensure a seamless handoff. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest flooring products and trends to effectively advise clients. Relationship Building: Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth; includes joining at least 1 networking group. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with our team for exceptional customer service.

Qualifications for Success: Sales Experience: In-home sales and/or flooring sales experience is required. Drive and Determination: Use competitive drive to exceed sales targets. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal). Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Detail-Oriented: Pay attention to detail and possess strong organizational skills. Integrity: Uphold values of integrity and honesty. Tech-Savvy: Be computer literate and utilize company-provided software programs. Industry Knowledge: Flooring, construction, or design knowledge is needed. Urgency: Be responsive, and approach tasks with a sense of urgency. Availability: Be available for homeowner appointments, including evenings and weekends. Driver's License: Must hold a valid driver's license.
