Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day activities of the contract administrator, ensuring compliance with company policies and contract documents.
  • Support all Commercial Construction Branches, providing administrative assistance as needed.
  • Coordinate and transmit project documents, including contracts, insurance, change orders, permits, line locates, submittals, closeout materials, and warranty, CCIP enrollment.
  • Work with Branch Manager to track expenses on jobs, ensuring accurate entry of time, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and assist payroll in transmission of certified payroll documents.
  • Assist the estimating team with document proposals, including company work history, insurance documents, owner-related items, and bid bonds.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships, proposing improvements to the purchasing system to enhance vendor relations and reduce costs.
  • Communicate with branch managers to resolve purchase order discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all business materials and matters discussed.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and core values at all times.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience in the construction industry, with previous experience as a Construction Coordinator highly preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite in San Antonio five days a week.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
