Position Overview
As a Medical Doctor, you will apply your medical expertise to deliver primary care services. You will collaborate closely with administrative and case management teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery and high-quality patient care. Your role will also involve evaluating medical practices and suggesting improvements to enhance service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical assessments and treatments to patients.
- Document all patient interactions following company protocols.
- Work in conjunction with Medical Assistants to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient services.
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards in all medical practices.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to resolving medical issues.
- Engage in professional development activities and maintain relevant certifications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Preferred experience in General Practice; familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
- Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state.
Skills and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of medical practices and patient care.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
