About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solar Appointment Setter to join our team at Lunex Power Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments with homeowners to discuss their solar energy options.

As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

You will work closely with our solar sales team to identify potential customers, schedule appointments, and provide accurate and detailed information about our solar products and services.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, reliable, and motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to grow with our company.

Responsibilities
  • Contact potential clients to schedule appointments for our solar sales team
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our solar products and services to prospective customers
  • Ensure each prospective client has a positive experience with our company
  • Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue and meet weekly and monthly targets
  • Use designated applications to manage various aspects of the job
  • Develop and distribute reports of each day's appointments
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation at the end of each day
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation, cellphone, and a positive attitude
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone and in-person
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Flexibility to work at least 5-8 hours each day, 5 days per week
