Position Overview:

As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our growth initiatives, collaborating closely with leadership to execute innovative strategies that captivate our audience and drive impactful results. This position encompasses both Executive Assistance and Marketing Operations, with ample opportunities for advancement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with brands interested in potential partnerships.
  • Conducting research, compiling data, organizing information, and preparing it for presentations.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Managing calendars and assisting with personal organization.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of email marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Assisting in the creation and upkeep of our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity.
  • Generating and implementing marketing initiatives that utilize our YouTube channel to promote new projects and collaborations.
  • Supporting leadership by working on special projects that enhance the viewer experience.
