Customer Onboarding Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Onboarding Specialist. This role involves guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to navigate and utilize the OmniFunds platform.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others succeed. Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus, especially in a SaaS or tech environment.
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will work closely with our customer support team to identify and address any common questions or pain points. You will also collect and relay customer feedback to help improve the platform and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide new customers through the onboarding process via live sessions and recorded webinars.
- Monitor customer progress and proactively reach out to check on their success and offer assistance if needed.
- Provide personalized support via email, chat, and phone to answer any questions or resolve issues.
- Create and deliver helpful resources to ensure customers have a smooth start with OmniFunds.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and approachable tone throughout all customer interactions.
