About the Job

A highly skilled Procurement Specialist is required to join our team at American StaffCorp Job Board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitors and administers activities involved in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Works with vendors to negotiate clear purchasing terms and conditions, verifying bills from suppliers against purchase orders and bids.
  • Responsible for managing all supplier-related activities, including forecasting data, monitoring quality and delivery performance, and tracking internal demand and material assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, or ten years of procurement experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated integrity with strong business and personal ethics, self-starting team player with a reflective attitude towards Kelvion operating values.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to drive and implement change as needed, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $86,000+, depending on qualifications and experience.
