Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work
  • A current state license as a social worker
  • At least 2 years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25lbs
