Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000, with bonus potential dependent on relevant skills and experience.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Events Manager to support strategic brand planning and execute the regional marketing strategy across all channels in the US and Canada. This role is responsible for managing local events, in-store experiences, and other marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, increase client engagement, and achieve strong returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate and manage budgets for respective marketing lines.
  • Collaborate on planning regional marketing strategies, applying insights and suggesting innovative ideas.
  • Work closely with HQ to design and validate local strategies and execution.
  • Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align on plans and execution.

Event and Activation Management: Ensure all events are delivered seamlessly and in an elevated manner with a hands-on mindset. Design activations to deliver strong ROMI. Propose enhancements to events, retail activations, and client experiences.

Relationship and Partner Management: Own and develop mall relationships to maximize brand awareness and visibility through mall marketing platforms. Establish and leverage relationships with potential brand partners.

Strategic Market Insights: Monitor competitive activities and identify consumer trends and insights. Design and deliver marketing activities to engage clients with the brand.

Retail Marketing & Brand Moments: Own all regional retail marketing activations, including major local brand moments. Support HQ during key brand moments.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred. 5+ years of proven experience in luxury marketing, brand management, and event execution.
