Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide precise information and support to clients regarding various products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to tackle complex issues.
- Achieve performance metrics and targets as established by management.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach towards customers at all times.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
