Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide precise information and support to clients regarding various products and services.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to tackle complex issues.

Qualifications:
