Medical Director for Plasma Center

As a Medical Director for our Plasma Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the medical and laboratory procedures at our center, following FDA guidelines and company SOPs. You will also be responsible for selecting suitable donors, conducting physical examinations, and reviewing data to confirm donor suitability and product safety.
Responsibilities:- Serves as a recognized authority on medical and laboratory matters related to plasma donation
- Promotes customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness
- Ensures compliance with FDA guidelines, company SOPs, and internal policies
- Selects and monitors donors to ensure their suitability for plasma donation
- Timely reviews data to confirm donor safety and product quality
- Trains and certifies medical staff on donor assessment and compliance procedures
