Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement conversational design strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop conversational interfaces that are seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform conversational design decisions and ensure user satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in our conversational experiences.
- Develop and maintain conversational design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all conversational interfaces.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on conversational AI, chatbot development, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and Python.
- Knowledge of content strategy and writing for conversational AI interfaces, with the ability to justify design decisions using business cases, success metrics, design thinking, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with conversational UX design tools (e.g., Botsociety, MS Visio, BotMock, UxPin, X-Mind, MockFlow, etc.).
- Experience with KoreAI or similar Conversational AI orchestration platforms is a plus.
- Fully remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $118,000 - $169,700 per year.
