Therapy Support Professional

We are seeking a Part-Time Therapy Support Professional to join our Rehab Team at Presbyterian Homes & Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to older adults.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited program for occupational therapy assistants and current licensure in the state of practice as required. The estimated annual salary is $54,000 based on location and experience.
About the Job:- Provide direct care to residents with physician-ordered evaluation and treatment based upon regulations and established rehabilitation procedures and best practices.
- Maintain all required documentation in accordance with regulations and established rehabilitation best practices.
- Coordinate rehabilitation care with other healthcare professionals inside and outside Presbyterian Homes & Services.
- Graduate degree from an accredited program for occupational therapy assistants.
- Current licensure in the state of practice as required.
- Demonstrated compatibility with Presbyterian Homes & Services' mission and operating philosophies.
