Employee Relations Specialist

Kumho Tire of Georgia, a leading tire manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join its Human Resources team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of the company.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing human resources generalist duties and services with a focus on recruiting and selecting top talent, employee relations, and supporting the overall HR strategy and initiatives. Your primary objective will be to identify effective and reliable supply sources for top talent, maintain a positive working relationship with these sources, and prepare recruiting materials and ads. You will also establish efficient workflow processes to expedite the selection of top talent, source and screen potential candidates, manage on-site interviews, develop a pipeline of talent for production areas, and make decisions on candidates using social media and job boards as recruiting tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Assist leadership in addressing employee relations matters;
* Identify effective and reliable supply sources for top talent;
