About the Role:The Quality Assurance Coordinator, Document Management will be responsible for supporting site staff in the document control system and maintaining and managing controlled documents. This individual will execute activities in support of the document control program, including scanning, archiving, issuing controlled documents, supporting document workflows, and staff support of the document management system.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for document workflows in the Document Management electronic system as a Document Coordinator.
- Responsible for reviewing and editing documents for compliance to site document management procedures.
- Responsible for staff support of the document management system.
- Support scanning and managing documents for electronic and physical storage, retrieval, and processing through workflows.
- Support issuance and printing of Controlled Documents (Controlled Form Booklets, Logbooks, LabNotebooks).
- Support creating and managing document templates.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in Document Management.
- Veeva experience a plus.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people in diverse and different settings.
- Sound organizational skills.
- Possesses sense of urgency; identifies challenges and problems and takes the initiative to identify solutions.
