Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Specialist

Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Specialist to join our team on a travel assignment in Oregon.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Catheterization Laboratory Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary and peripheral angiography, and vascular interventions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, including angiographic equipment, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound.
- Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical history, medications, and test results.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) with a specialty in Interventional Radiology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Catheterization Laboratory setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
