We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team at Generations Home Care. As a dementia care specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with individuals with dementia and be able to provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for documenting visit notes and clocking in and out of shifts via our online app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing individualized care and support to clients with dementia
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Documenting visit notes and maintaining accurate records
  • Clocking in and out of shifts via our online app

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with dementia
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
  • Must have own vehicle
