Compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist

Salary: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Estimated annual salary is $37,440 - $41,600.
Job Description: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with FirstLight Home Care, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on care and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting with Daily Living Activities: You will help our clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. You will also assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring our clients' safety and independence.
Providing Personal Care: You will provide personal care to our clients, including assistance with continence and toileting needs, as well as daily oral care routines. You will also help maintain clean and sanitary conditions.
Supporting Clients with Complex Needs: You will work with clients who have complex medical needs, such as those with dementia, Parkinson's disease, or other conditions that require specialized care. You will provide support and assistance with daily living activities, as well as help with medication management and other tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful as a CNA with FirstLight Home Care, you will need:
Current CNA Certification: You must have a current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state where you will be working.
Experience Working with Seniors: You must have experience working with seniors or individuals with complex medical needs.
Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Physical Ability: You must have the physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Others: You will be required to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license (if applicable). You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
