Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beauty Boss. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Meet Sales Goals: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products and services.
- Assist with Store Operations: Assist the store manager with daily administrative tasks, including paperwork and goal tracking.
- Train New Hires: Assist with training new sales associates on our products and services.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and lead by example to ensure a positive and professional work environment.
- Consult with Customers: Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner to educate them on our products and services.
- Maintain a Clean Salon: Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including the tanning equipment and surrounding areas.
- Opening and Closing: Assist with opening and closing the business, including daily administrative tasks.
- Attend Off-Site Sales and Trainings: Attend off-site sales and training events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day, and lift 25 pounds without assistance.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and be available to work nights and weekends.
