We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Medical Provider to join our team at Fenway Health. As a Per Diem Medical Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality outpatient care to our patients, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ Health and Primary Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct medical services to patients, including conducting exams, ordering tests, prescribing medication, and formulating treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in LGBTQIA+ Health and Primary Care.
Requirements:
  • MD, DO, PA, or NP degree
  • Current Massachusetts license
  • Current DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registrations
  • For Physicians: board certification in internal medicine, an internal medicine subspecialty, emergency medicine, or family practice
  • Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience (three years or greater) in a primary care setting
  • Previous experience working in pediatric care
  • Interest in LGBT healthcare
  • Experience working in an ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse environment
  • Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with colleagues, patients, clients, and vendors across the spectrum of diversity
  • Willingness to contribute towards Fenway's efforts in becoming an anti-racist organization and promoting a culture dedicated to ongoing development in service of humility, equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging
