Job Overview

Position Summary: The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for executing production activities under direct supervision, adhering to specific guidelines and protocols. This role involves performing routine tasks that align with established quantity and quality benchmarks, often requiring repetitive physical actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out production duties while following detailed instructions and maintaining focus on quality standards.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace; take care of all equipment, tools, and materials, keeping them in optimal condition.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality regulations; promptly report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor.
  • Handle and transport production materials as necessary, including loading and unloading shipments.
  • Execute basic material handling tasks with guidance, utilizing hand jacks and other equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • No formal education or prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. Previous experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and individuals with diverse abilities.
  • Basic skills in reading, counting, sorting, and recording information.
  • Physical capability to lift, move, or carry a minimum of twenty-five pounds; ability to bend, crouch, kneel, stoop, and walk.
  • Proficiency in the English language is required.
