As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance area, performing daily tasks, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the property.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the maintenance area, performing daily tasks and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the property
* Conduct minor repairs on appliances, such as washers, dryers, dishwashers, TV's, air conditioning and other system malfunctions
* Maintain pool and spa, ensuring it is safe for guest use by testing chemicals and logging test results twice a day
* Work closely with other departments to ensure a clean and well-maintained property
* Perform other related tasks as requested

Requirements:

* General knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, drywall, boilers and sprinklers
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Fundamental math skills
* Personal computer skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to reach, bend, stoop throughout the day and lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
* Ability to use hand-eye coordination with electric hand tools as well as manual hand tools
