High Acuity Adult Private Duty LVN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN to provide high acuity adult care in a private duty setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for adult patients with complex needs
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with the healthcare team
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
- Provide health education and training to family members and caregivers
- Active, unencumbered LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
