Job Title: Private Duty LVN/LPN for High Acuity Adult Patients

Aveanna Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN/LPN to provide private duty care to adult patients with high acuity needs.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced LVN/LPN to join our team of caregivers. As a Private Duty LVN/LPN, you will provide one-on-one care to adult patients with complex medical needs, including those with tracheostomy and ventilator support.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Provide health education and training to family members
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
