Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Work Environment: Outpatient rehabilitation facility.
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays.
  • Patient Care: Responsible for evaluating and developing treatment plans tailored to diverse patient populations to achieve functional objectives.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the field with strong communication and instructional abilities.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.
Schedule Information
  • Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays.
Additional Information
  • Travelers will be prioritized for floating within the facility.
  • Previous permanent staff at this facility are not eligible for travel positions.
  • Applicants must reside outside a 150-mile radius of the hospital.
  • Orientation includes 2 days of unbilled training (approximately 16 hours).
  • This facility maintains a no tobacco policy (travelers are not subject to testing).
  • Visible tattoos are allowed, except on the face, head, neck, or large hand tattoos.
  • Small earrings and nose studs are permitted.
  • Hair color changes must be well-maintained.
  • Facial hair should be neatly groomed.
  • When N95 masks are required, travelers with beards must use a CPAPR for proper sealing and airborne protection.
  • In certain departments, travelers may be required to shave if CPAPRs are unavailable or ineffective.
