Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients based on physician referral/orders and develop effective treatment plans with functional, goal-based outcomes.
  • Treat patients according to treatment plans and record clinical documentation according to accepted regulatory and professional guidelines.
  • Supervise Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care and maintain productivity standards as determined by supervisor and clinical needs.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and other meetings as required or directed.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, clients, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
