Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, mentor, and direct crew members.

  • Analyze building plans daily, providing necessary details for subcontractors.

  • Engage with project stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform carpentry duties as needed, adhering to established procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Enforce safety measures and address any unsafe practices promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized construction office.
  • Ensure timely completion of punch lists and necessary repairs.
  • Participate in project walkthroughs with architects and ensure smooth transitions for clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A minimum of seven years in high-end residential construction management, with carpentry experience.
  • Commitment to exceptional service for high-end clients.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and dependable.
  • Open to constructive feedback and possesses a positive demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage projects independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exposure to varying weather conditions and construction site environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree is a significant advantage.
  • Over ten years of experience in high-end residential construction.
  • Experience with modern architectural projects.
  • Completion of a four-year carpentry apprenticeship and experience as a Journeyman Carpenter is highly desirable.
