Job Summary:
As a Procurement Manager within the Global Strategic Sourcing division, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a high-performing Enterprise Sourcing team that spearheads intricate, cross-functional strategic sourcing and contracting projects.
The categories of focus include, but are not limited to, IT Professional Services, Outsourced Services, Software Solutions, Banking Operations, and Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate strong partnerships with internal business stakeholders; develop a comprehensive understanding of strategic business objectives, requirements, and priorities across designated suppliers and/or spend categories.
2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of bank policies and procedures regarding supplier selection, contracting, and ongoing management, ensuring compliance with all requirements throughout the complete process.
3. Design, implement, and oversee effective market analysis and benchmarking processes; utilize critical insights to guide and support business, category, and project strategies.
4. Conduct financial analyses, including demand scenario modeling, P&L impact assessments, and benchmark evaluations.
5. Develop, lead, and manage a diverse portfolio of sourcing initiatives throughout the entire sourcing and contracting lifecycle.
6. Formulate and execute negotiation strategies for high-value and complex multi-year agreements.
7. Direct contract negotiations in collaboration with Legal and business functions to maximize overall value, including financial outcomes, service levels, and risk management.
8. Oversee key supplier relationships with an emphasis on quality, service, delivery, risk, and cost management.
9. Provide support for cross-functional teams in the development and execution of sourcing projects, supplier management strategies, and intricate contract negotiations.
10. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
