Position: Composite Manufacturing Technician

Location: Medley, FL

Shift: 2nd, 3:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Overtime: May be required based on operational needs.

Contract Duration: Initial 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement based on performance and business requirements.

Job Overview

The Composite Manufacturing Technician will adhere to established procedures to fabricate, assemble, and finish composite components. This role is essential in ensuring that all products meet the specified quality standards and design criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute tasks based on technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform fabrication tasks.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of materials at workstations.
  • Conduct quality inspections to identify and document any defects in products.
  • Make necessary adjustments and repairs to products as per engineering specifications.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. In lieu of a diploma, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.

Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment (3 years required without a diploma).
