About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic District Manager to lead and manage multiple locations of our fast-casual restaurants across Metro Detroit. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a high-performing team, and enhancing customer experiences across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support the operations of multiple store locations, ensuring adherence to our high standards
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve performance and profitability across all locations
  • Monitor and manage P&L statements for each location, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Lead and mentor Store Managers, providing guidance on staff management, training, and development
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess store performance, cleanliness, and customer service standards
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures consistently across all locations
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to set and achieve overall business goals
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in multi-unit food management (required)
  • Proven track record of driving sales and managing operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide Store Managers
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive business growth
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); advanced education in business management or related field is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License (required) and willingness to travel between locations
