Rockstar Prep 4 Kids, Inc., a premier early learning center, is on the lookout for dedicated and passionate individuals to fill the role of Lead Pre-K Educator. This position is crucial in shaping the educational experiences of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their intellectual and emotional development.
  • Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate STEAM principles.
  • Build a strong community connection with families, promoting a culture of lifelong learning.
  • Adhere to all licensing regulations and company standards to guarantee the safety and well-being of each child.
  • Collaborate closely with the center's director and staff to address the unique needs of children and their families.
Qualifications:
  • Current certifications in First Aid and CPR.
  • Proven experience working with children, with references available.
  • Ability to create innovative learning activities utilizing technology.
  • Completion of Basic Health and Safety Training.
  • Successful passing of a background check and drug test.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the program.
  • Reliable transportation for assigned shifts.
  • Participation in the MSDE Credentialing program, achieving at least Level 1 certification.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and move furniture or equipment as necessary.
  • Active participation in the daily setup and breakdown of the center.
Educational Background:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Completion of required training in communication and ADA compliance.
Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift.

Work Location:

In-person at the designated center.
