Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop civil engineering projects using AutoCAD and Microstation software.
  • Perform engineering calculations and provide technical support to project teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a four-year technical degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-15 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction.
  • Familiarity with Wisconsin Department of Transportation and local agency procedures is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings and on-site inspections.
