Become a Vital Part of Our FCA Team

We are seeking committed individuals to support our FCA personnel in various essential tasks that contribute to the effectiveness of our camp and campus ministry initiatives. As a Program Associate, you will engage in part-time work on an hourly basis, playing an integral role within our ministry framework. This position is temporary and does not include FCA benefits or 401K contributions, yet Associates have the opportunity to be part of the FCA community for a duration of up to one year.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Commit to and uphold FCA's Christian Community Statement.
  • Develop a spiritual practice that incorporates daily prayer and Bible study to seek God's guidance for FCA.
  • Offer spiritual mentorship and leadership to staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, and exemplary conduct.
  • Participate in and contribute to a local church community through worship and active involvement.
  • Conduct yourself in a manner that reflects the biblical principles and values endorsed by FCA's Christian beliefs.
