Key Responsibilities- Community Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized community environment, including offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and common areas.
- Resident Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and common areas daily, using the apartment cleaning checklist to ensure thoroughness.
- Pool House Maintenance: Clean and organize the pool house, including straightening chairs, cleaning public bathrooms, and vacuuming and dusting amenity spaces.
- Supply Management: Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Debris Removal: Remove debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common areas, and empty public trash cans.
- Compliance: Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as Fair Housing laws.
- Customer Service Focus: Provide excellent customer service and a supportive home environment to residents.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with the site team to carry out daily housekeeping needs.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Janitorial Experience: Have experience in janitorial work, preferably in hotel or residential management.
- Computer Skills: Be proficient in using computer programs, including email, Microsoft Office Suite, and web-based trainings.
- Availability: Be willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Education: Possess a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license and have an insured, operable vehicle.
- Competitive Pay: Receive competitive pay starting at $19-$20 per hour (based on experience).
