Washington, Washington, D.C., United States Palantir Full time

About Palantir

Palantir builds the world's leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. Our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.

The Role

We're looking for a Talent Program Manager to join a cross-functional group of operators and specialists responsible for executing on people initiatives that support talented employees, work, and values. Our mandate is broad, and you'll work on projects that span Talent Experience operational responsibilities as well as internal events, new hire onboarding, employer branding, and logistics support.

You will be responsible for supporting projects and programs across People Experience, Events, and Recruiting. As the operational backbone on key people experience initiatives, you will learn, execute, and improve processes to streamline workflows and scale your team's reach. You'll track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate business stakeholders' needs in order to enable company-wide & external programming.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own operational workflows across the Talent Experience team, spanning new hire onboarding, internal and external programming, events, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Strategize, plan, support, and execute internal programming/events and external engagement.
  • Manage employer brand projects to showcase Palantir Talent, company culture, and dynamic storytelling of our company narratives — both internally and externally.
  • Work directly with external stakeholders, as well as internal teams (e.g. Finance, Recruiting, Legal, Information Security, etc.) to coordinate the full life cycle for event logistics, contracts, and payments.
  • Research and onboard new resources to scale the team's reach.

What We Value

  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills. You should be able to anticipate challenges and complications, multitask in a rapidly-changing environment, and use good judgement in making appropriate tradeoffs when executing on competing priorities.
  • A creative approach to project management centered around lightweight frameworks that enable rapid iteration and low-overhead methods of keeping our partnering teams informed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders and build positive working relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics and reporting.
  • Experience with project and event management software; proficiency with Jira and Splash is a plus.

What We Require

  • 2+ years experience in an operational role, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
  • Ability and willingness to be onsite 4-5 days per week when facilitating new hire onboarding.
