Client Care Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Care Representative to join our team at Hendrick Subaru Southpoint. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation activities in support of our sales and service goals.
Main Responsibilities- Respond to incoming phone calls using a proven script and schedule sales or service appointments.
- Log customer comments into our Dealership Management System.
- Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made in the system.
- Confirm scheduled appointments with future customers.
- Post scheduled appointments on the appointment board in the Business Development Center.
- Re-schedule 'no-show' customer appointments.
- Follow-up with the sales or service department to determine if the appointment was kept and what the outcome was.
- Maintain and update customer information in our database.
- Contact current customers about current marketing incentives.
- Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries).
- Contact internet clients via email and phone to schedule a sales or service appointment.
- Notify relevant departments about appointments set.
- Forward any customer concerns to the correct department manager and follow-up.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service and/or business development experience.
- The ability to deliver superior customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and automobile salesperson license.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Dealership Management System.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This role requires regular and predictable attendance, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. Duties are performed primarily in the Business Development Center, with continuous contact and interaction with customers and dealership personnel.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, a competitive compensation package, and a positive work environment.
