Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and care provided
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field
