Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephonic customer service in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Review and enter accurate data into proprietary systems.
  • Learn and operate corporate systems to support service delivery.
  • Verify treatment and appointment documentation for completion and accuracy.
  • Review claim authorizations, referral orders, and reports to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure regular updates to case stakeholders.
  • Prepare and proofread reports and correspondence via email and management systems.
  • Transcribe correspondence and reports from dictation.
  • Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve scheduling challenges.
  • Meet departmental production and quality performance expectations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • Prior experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment.
