Job Summary

JobsRUs is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team in Sumner, WA. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine building maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain safe work habits and actions in all aspects of the daily task, evaluating reactive work for safety issues and planning projects to ensure safety is key.
  • Utilize software to track, assign, and prioritize reactive, planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance work and building management system.
  • Order supplies from various vendors and assist in managing spare parts inventories.
  • Perform work in a wide variety of conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
  • Maintain housekeeping and safety in work areas, including upkeep on exterior yard, including pit and sump clean/repair.
  • Conduct minor repairs, including plumbing in restrooms, dock drain, floor repair & spill pickup, ceiling and light fixture installation, wall repair including drywall installation, patching, wall hanging and painting.
  • Operate and maintain vehicle equipment, such as fork truck, golf carts, etc.
  • Use powered hand tools, including drills, grinders, porta-band, etc., based on job need.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of route driving experience.
  • Good driving record.
  • Accuracy.
  • Ability to plan a route.

Benefits Available: Weekly Pay, Pay Rate - $25/hr, 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm.
