Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with renting units, providing solutions to meet their storage needs, and guiding them through the rental process.
- Resolves issues professionally and positively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units.
- Keep well-organized records, perform minor maintenance tasks, and conduct regular property inspections.
- Shop local competitors, gather information on rates and specials, and report to supervisors and other departments.
- Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors to optimize sales and revenue.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including handling cash, balancing receipts, pursuing collections, and processing daily bank deposits.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
- Experience in fast-paced, customer service-related environment preferred.
- Property Manager: At least one year of experience in property management experience preferred.
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives.
