Parenting Time Specialist

Families First is seeking a skilled Parenting Time Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in implementing the state's Child Access and Visitation Program.
Job Summary:The Parenting Time Specialist will be responsible for supervising visits between non-custodial parents and their children, providing a safe and secure environment for the children. This includes monitoring and intervening when necessary to ensure the well-being of the children.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise visits between non-custodial parents and their children
- Provide individual case management and maintain accurate documentation
- Teach curriculum-based educational seminars and facilitate psycho-educational groups
- Perform administrative tasks, including archiving client files and scheduling sessions
- Remain current with program rules and regulations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with creating tracking spreadsheets and inputting information in databases
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of ethical conduct practices, including confidentiality and HIPAA
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
